Well, I gave Daisy her first haircut two weeks after she turned two. We were itching to get rid of that mullet that seems to naturally grow for kids at that stage in the game. I kept waiting to take her in to see Jackie, but I never got down at a good time. So she had to settle for me cutting it. I have to say I did a decent job. It wasn't to uneven.
We've been making progress on our kitchen remodel also. We finally got the backsplash up, so I took a few pictures. It wasn't grouted yet at this point but it is now and I don't have pictures of it. I'll have to update again later. I still need to paint, get new window treatments and finish the little nook next to the refrigerator. So there is still some work to do.
After the big storm we had the latter part of January, we headed up to Globe to visit with G-pa/G-ma Hansen and play in the snow. Spencer and the kids made a few snowmen, had some snowball fights and all the regular fun stuff in the snow.
