Today after church Paxton had taken the ribbon out of her hair and asked me to tie it around her neck. I complied. As I was tying it in a bow, she says to me....
P: Mom, your nice on Sundays.
Me: Just on Sundays?
P: Yes.
M: So the rest of the week I'm mean?
P: Yes.
M: Why am I so nice on Sundays?
P: You must have learned something from your lesson.
M: What was my lesson on?
P: Kindness.
Hmm. I'm in the Primary presidency, I had no lesson. My therory is that today I was still trying to recover from my 60 mile bike ride yesterday. My in-laws kicked my tail. So I think I just didn't have the energy to yell at and knock them around today!
But watch out Paxie, tomorrow is Monday and mean mom is waiting to make the next 6 days miserable for you!
