I don't know if any of you are as fortunate as I am. I have my own personal, live-in fashion consultant. Because she is live-in, we just exchange room and board for her services. Actually most times, I don't even ask for her services, but she offers them up anyway. Almost daily.
One day, I just grabbed one of Spencer's shirts that had been draped over the footboard of the bed and put it on. It doesn't take long for this princess to notice that "Mom, I don't like that. You look like a boy. Take off Dads shirt or he will get mad." On and on she goes.
Well, just yesterday I had just changed as I was getting ready to go to volleyball practice. I'm always in shorts and a basic Hanes T. In she walks and starts in on me immediately:
P: Mom, are you putting on clothes that I don't like?
M: Yes.
P: Why? You don't look pretty in that shirt.
M: That's ok, I'm just going to volleyball practice.
P: I don't like that, it emabarrasses me.
Well, I've got news for her, it won't be the last time! So, is anyone else out there living with such a little diva? And what are some of your strategies in such dealings?

That is hilarious! Lilly just tells me what SHE doesn't want to where which is equally as frustrating!
That is so funny!! I love a girl that speaks her mind. Unless it's my own daughter of course. Then I don't want to hear it. haha
I wish Caitlyn has some of Paxtons fashion sense... most of the time I am sending her back to her room to change b/c she cant seem to match her cloths! Good for her! Maybe you should tell her that she can only give tips to kids and not adults b/c she's not 10 yet...
I think that is so cute. I am sure it isn't that cute to you any more. She sounds like tons of fun. Tyra tells me what she likes but she is so sensitive that she never likes to tell me she doesn't like what I am wareing. She will say "that doesn't really match but that is o.k. you still look pretty." She is just thoughtful like that.
